CORONAVIRUS (ALSO KNOWN AS COVID19)

Regarding: Coronavirus (also known as Covid19)

Ruxton is committed to ensure the wellbeing of its clients, customers and team members.

The Coronavirus (Covid19) is now a global concern and is having a disruptive effect on all of us.

We are committed to maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer service.

Whilst we have every intention to ‘keep calm and carry on’ we realise there are some factors that none of us can control.

We would also like to make you aware that our normal high standards of responsive communication may possibly be disrupted if we find that some of our valued team members are having to self- isolate, perhaps simply because of seasonal ailments.  Should this situation arise, we hope you will understand the impact and challenges a business like Ruxton would be facing.

We respectfully ask that communication is ideally by email or telephone.  All face to face meetings must be by appointment only.  Please avoid unnecessary visits to our office.

Please feel free to speak to us about any possible concerns you may have.

We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.

Yours sincerely,
