We invited three local agents to visit my mother's retirement apartment to give a valuation and advise on marketing the property. After careful consideration of what we had heard we chose Ruxton to handle the sale and we are very glad we did. We immediately felt confidence in Craig Simmonds. We liked his ideas for marketing but also that he listened carefully to our thoughts on the sale. I felt at the time, and events confirmed, that his was the most accurate valuation of the three. He clearly had real insight into the local property market and to the special conditions of the retirement market. Craig promised he would conduct the majority of the viewings himself and that feedback would always be provided. He was true to his word and we always felt well-informed.
